Higher the risk possibly higher the reward. Anyone can figure out the OS, and I'm sure those invested in PHIL know perfectly well the amount. Many things can be found on PHIL OR ANY OTHER TICKER, just by a little research if chosen to investigate it. But I have found doing actual PHIL DD takes weeks, months, years not just minutes. I have a yellow sticky above if anyone wishes to explore the possibilities of PHIL investment. Buy Back extended till 2023 but I believe it happens sooner. 3 Billion soon to hit the PHIL books probably in tranches. Many other catalysts to many actually to list soon to explode to the upside. AIMO of course from doing nearly 2 years of DD on PHIL.

30 billion additional authorized shares….. could easily dilute to 60 billion os / float. Not even enough trading volume to absorb that kinda dilution lol. Trips inbound
