rook...the last pr concerning the cancellation was a courtesy call to current investors...nothing more, it was too rushed and too close to call. How do you get it out there fast?? PR... a courtesy call. They are going forward, that's all we need to know. A new PR trumping the last cancellation news does very little for longs if the required paperwork is filed with SEC. It's a done deal. I think people are watching this a little more closely than is given credit, even some from the outside, and when the time is right...it will move.
