PHIL ~ A Breakout and Close over the next resistance of the fifty day moving average on the weekly chart is my target to breach this next week. Then there will be resistance again in the .008s. However, if we are right then to test the highs $.02 just off the technical side of it for starters.

Weekly Chart is Bullish
