If the filing is rejected NWBO will need to disclose that in an 8K with in 4 days per Reg.

The rejection of the filing is not material either for that may very well be a technical issue. The rejection of the request for approval of DVCAXL in the Uk IS course material.

If not filed NWBO said so.

Yes said but doesnt mean they will do so again.

I believe they have already filed the request for approval I also believe that the decision for approval will be made shortly and that is what we will hear prior to ASM.. I think Northwest plans to hold the ASM with an approved DCVAXL in the UK and a JA. But that's not based on anything other than rumors. :)
