"We have signed a deal" -- where's the PR then? When a Pink Current company "enters into a material definitive agreement," "the issuer shall publicly disclose such events by disseminating a news release within 4 business days following their occurrence and posting such news release through an Integrated Newswire or OTCIQ." So I guess this "deal" is not a material definitive agreement, which means it's just hype.

"The signed agreement calls for...." What does calls for" mean? That's Safe Harbor wording. There is no legal guarantee of 975,000 units -- this is just a distribution agreement that mentions 975,000 units as a goal, not a guarantee.

"First order will occur after we successfully register our product in seven countries... we anticipate this happening in the fourth quarter." There's the most common Safe Harbor word in biotech -- "anticipate" -- what does "registering our product" entail, why hasn't it been done before, which seven countries are these, and how long will it REALLY take? And what if they fail in one of the seven countries -- no deal then?

Conclusion: Without a PR and concrete details, this is just more BIELY hype -- another pie in the BIEL sky. Why does BIEL management expect us to keep believing their hype when they keep failing to deliver?

Important to remember that the Synergy Deal calls for 975,000 units of RecoveryRx over an 18 month period.

18 months = 6 Quarters, so if the orders were distributed evenly they would average 162,500 units per Quarter. Estimating $10 per unit would bring in $1.625 million in revenue each Quarter.

If BIEL ships out the first order in Q4 this would give BIEL a 2022 sales figure of $2.277 million, $62k shy of BIEL's best year ever in 2015 at the height of UK retail sales.

In 2015 the high expenses of retail sales resulted in a $1.8 million loss from 'Operations' for BIEL.

BIEL has slashed 'Operations' costs with their new business plan and the above estimate would result in over $1 million in profit from 'Operations'.
