That is how I would like a buyout of nwbo to go as well, and many of the major pharmas pay a reasonable dividend and can try to increase that yield with covered calls, I do that pr8regular with bmy, looking to also do the same with mrk and jnj, if I lose the stock I the just sell the put at the same strike that I lost the stock
