I'm not sure that stock in the acquiring company isn't always an option, if it isn't I do hope we get an offer that permits it. I'm fine with taking cash in the Roth's, but like the choice of when it's taken otherwise. I fully intend to pass at least a fair share of it to my kids, and they'd inherit it at the current price with no tax burden, unless they change the tax laws.
