So, I think I got a better answer from a broker buddy of mine. He says because this is pink limited and very few can trade it some mm's do not complete their orders until after the trading day because there is no urgency to do so. They are being lazy. They reflect in the volume throughout the day but get processed as a T trade AH.

Could be why the T trade doesn't reflect in the volume...that would be counting the volume twice.
