Long story short, consumers are rejecting PSWT/PEMF.

Case and point, KT~Wave on Amazon.

The Keith carrots dangled, worthless.

Yup Simpsonly...Biel is serving up a "21st century miracle alternative"! If pain pills weren't under such heavy suspicion these days...it's doubtful Biel would be gaining so much notoriety. It sure looks like timing is at play here.

A truly brilliant post Simpsonly filled with clear logic and many thought provoking ideas!

The thesis you present reflects all of the diligent work Team Biel has undertook to make the amazing deal with Synergy happen. This is a incredible accomplishment for Biel considering their small staff and limited resources at hand. It is nothing short of remarkable a multi-national company, named Synergy embraced Recovery RX with such zeal with a 975,000 unit order!

Your comment Simpsonly is quite intriguing and deserves further discussion:

"My question is a simple one. What if Synergy, in simply negotiating to hedge its exposure, turns out to be wrong by a couple of million units, or more and the units sold turns out to be 3 to 5 million, or more, for the 25 countries? Synergy is obviously a competent company, with serious ambitions."

I have always believed Actipatch and Recovery RX are destined to become blockbuster pain-relief and healing devices.. I strongly sense Synergy believes the same and wants to gain a strong worldwide foothold being first to deliver the Recovery RX in massive quantities to 25 countries.

I can easily see how Synergy will expand their orders in the millions with such a gigantic sales territory in so many countries with very large populations. This is realistic when a miracle healing product is being sold!

"Synergy is obviously a competent company, with serious ambitions"

Thanks again for your illuminating post Simpsonly as the best days are coming fast!

Well said post,

In all of that I ask myself why it’s only 975,000, when there servicing 25 countries?
Like you, I would have figured that it should have been 3-5 million.

But producing it and delivering it was probably why they figured on only about a million.

“What if Synergy…turns out to be wrong by a couple of million units, or more and the units sold turns out to be 3 to 5 million”

What if the deal has underestimated demand by 300 to 500%? Is that a serious question?

What if sales are overestimated by 3 to 5 times? Seems an equally legitimate question. Either way, at least one party to the deal is incompetent. SMH

A great post, for sure. Unfortunately many will read it and miss or disregard your analysis of the 10 year old style of management used by the CEO , and what it has produced. Not listening to others more qualified is her Achilles heel. Has she actually reflected on those misgivings? I don’t know, it will all be seen in time. We’ve had big distributors with big orders in the past, many of them. IMO if we have actually changed from the failed silent strategy, and into a communication mode through KN , things could change very quickly. Quietly sitting there could be priceless. Let those who know how to move things do their job. JMHO Have a great morning

Well? *IS* Synergy a ray of sunshine?

I, too, sense Keith Nalepka here. I'm not really sensing Chairman Richard Staelin's wise leadership though, and I don't agree that Kelly Whelan should simply stay quiet.

I think Keith's August 25th presentation was designed to divert attention from the bad Q2 financials that had just been released. The Synergy Hype also diverted attention from the bad Q3 financials. Will it divert attention from the bad Q4 financials we all know are coming? Not if they keep quiet, it won't.

Who am I kidding. Of course it will. No matter how bad Q4 numbers are, the Synergy Hype will divert attention for at least another quarter.

Watch those thoroughbreds run!

This big Synergy deal looks like it's turning into something even worse than the big B.Braun deal back in 2015, just to name one. We all know how that one worked out.

Investors should group up and file a civil suit against BIEL for leading investors on due to Kieth's August 25th bullshit conference call. May not win but, that bell will be rang.
