I believe that there is a sense of news coming shortly, someone may be certain of it, but in general I think many of us feel that things are about to happen. I can't say it will be Monday, or even next week, but Labor Day typically ends the Biotech Doldrums' and it's just over a week away. It was a nice move up at the end of a very down day for the rest of the market.

The FED will probably raise interest rates each time they have an opportunity, then they'll realize they put the brakes on to hard and they'll lower big time. I'm guessing that by the end of the year they'll be lowering the rates.
