I see nothing that would say beyond any doubt, that this trial is actually treating patients at this time.

What does ongoing clinical trial mean?
Ongoing Trial means any Clinical Trial for the Product where the first subject has been dosed and for which all activities related to such Clinical Trial has not reached Study Completion.

NEWS 8/25/22 Therapeutic Solutions International Files with FDA to Expand ongoing Phase III Clinical Trial to Include All Causes of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Now if that is not actually the case (as of NEWS 8/25/22) then it would irrefutably be considered Stock xxxxx & on this matter I would side w/ TSOI's corporate officers/attorneys knowing the aforementioned.
