They are not going to let up anytime soon, so I'm pretty sure you'll get both of them Jim. May have to wait until next week, possibly the following week, for the 03's, but I genuinely believe you'll get them.
Sometime over the next 2-3 days, they will allow it to move up a little bit so it resets/pads the RSI and/or to cover prior to next short interest settlement date next Wednesday, but then the pattern continues. It has not stopped for 18+ months now, and only seems to be getting more and more aggressive.
