Dude, we're off the tracks and a complete train-wreck. We need follow up trials to prove efficacy that might open up half of Europe (if we're lucky) at this point.

Combo pill is the biggest laugh out there. It's such an AMRN management dangle.

I'm sitting on 7 figures "losses" so this hasn't been easy to admit, but it's reality now.
