Kiwi could I get a clarification on “if Germany refuses to reimburse”?
Am I correct in saying that in November an arbitrator/s will decide what the reimbursement will be, but there will be one. But Amarin may find that it is too low and will bow out of the German market. But Germany would be required to abide by arbitrator’s numbers. Do I have that wrong?
