PHIL I am not so sure. Like I said, there would be competition. EVen MMs may that were not part of the circumstances have money on the mind and an ax to grind. There could have been many eyes on this with deep pockets. The case was not just about 1 company.. It was many. There may be more too and that will affect or could affect PHIL.. 10 billion... is or may be floating around.. imo ~ MM
