FUNN Should Have Divulged Flat River Lawsuit In Prior PR or Financial filing
as REQUIRED by OTC Pink Disclosing Guidelines

FUNN didn't do anyone any favors by witholding such information ....and "divulging" the info ONLY AFTER THEY WERE OUTED BY A FORUM POSTER.

Yup....they were able to respond to pretty much everything in an honest manner, even when it came to the unfortunate past excuses. We had a chance to learn some details about what happened with Walmart and the Flat River deals, and I was surprised they divulged so much info about them. Obviously, it is not a big positive, but again, they seem to be forging ahead towards a set goal instead of wandering aimlessly.

IMO, the future should be better than I expected, but of course, we have seen this movie before so hopefully they follow through on execution. But overall, I thought it was positive.
