There were not 4,000 Enron executives and Ms. Powers was more than an Enron employee, she was an Enron executive. So if you want someone to do a study of future performance I would recommend comparing apples to apples. There's a big difference between Ms. Powers and a clerk in the Enron mail room since the former could significantly impact the fortunes of the company and its culture while the latter had much more limited impact.
