NWBO needs to communicate with all shareholders on a consistent and clear basis and having individual shareholders be forced to call for basic information is woefully inefficient compared to NWBO speaking straight with all stakeholders at once. Even if David Innes just reads off of cards verbatim you'd still get 6 different versions if 6 shareholders call and this has helped drive much of the confusion and disappointment over the last eight years.
