i think this is what got it popping, from yesterday-

Firm believes the turnarounds in metro access and network test are significant, as both of these two businesses are at inflection points for growth after several quarters of declines. Amtech senses that CSCO (SAN and metro) and the SAN networking players as sources of strength.
