Wait…is this the BLF lawsuit we’ve read so much about?? It was DISMISSED a week after it was filed? Yet the warnings go on for MONTHS afterwards when the ASTA objective was to be as transparent as possible so investors can make informed choices?? SMH

What happened to that objective?

That "lawfirm" Basile/BLF filed the lawsuit on May 10 and it was dismissed on May 17... That is hysterical. Plus all the things Basile had wrong on the filing.... UFB

I am sure I read about all the weeks they/BLF had been working on the case...

Guess that wasn't true... BUMMER.
