Wait…is this the BLF lawsuit we’ve read so much about?? It was DISMISSED a week after it was filed? Yet the warnings go on for MONTHS afterwards when the ASTA objective was to be as transparent as possible so investors can make informed choices?? SMH

What happened to that objective?

Odd that it wasn't mentioned, at the end of May, that is was VOLUNTARILY DISMISSED.....
