Well the whole point of those custodianships being awarded were to get them current and not suspended by the SEC. George told the courts he would do that. So he kinda has no choice. I am sure he thought it would be a whole lot easier after years of watching shell peddlers doing it. But the ones he chose seem to be riddled with ongoing problems.
