How did they get current with only Annual report when first Q was due with a late filing by May 20th? other company I own share in that had their annual report and attorney letter out in early may got made pl like right after they missed their deadline may 20th... to be made Pink Current they should have had their first Q filing in Min but most likely 2Q as well which they did not...
