I just read what’s on the filer,,, not my job to decipher if it is correct

Would find it quite odd that a company drops from .37 and then put out a sec filer that’s fraudulent and no response from company ????? How is it that this CEO or company does not know what’s in their current filings ???

The OTC share count is way off. Just checked another website and Yahoo shows the 444mm figure which is not up to date but from 2/22.

Who needs a buy back when we just shed 1.5 billion shares? :) JK
