Nothing pending is going to get anymore. NO LOI will do they have to make something actually happen and the 10-K won't show that because nothing has. That's evident by that lame ass fake PC. XERI has nothing to uplist with. No revenue or assets and just debt that won't get them there. Just more BS stall and distract.
