then YOU want it stated as a PERCENT (%) ??

Josh is correct--that becomes .0005%

Just like 0.1 is 10%

I didn't need a calculator. Someone who can divide 4 by 8 and get 0.5 can figure out the rest without a calculator by factoring out the zero's in the calculation to come up with 0.0005%. Easy Peasey, even for a GreeseMonkey who paid attention in class.
