The property is the same size as it always was. It's not that difficult a concept to grasp. At least, I didn't think it was.

That's disingenuous. The land is the same, the measurements changed. Its like catching an 18" Bass. When you get home and re-measure it, the fish is actually 20" long.

So, the measurements changed. The measurements were either inaccurate before or inaccurate now.
