Actually $TXTM has had the extraction process for years and hasn't earned a dime from it, it is not new. As you note, there is no merger, the only thing to change hands was an issuance of preferred shares to a shell company. No LOI, nothing. No share transfer, nothing. Just those two clowns taking control of this ticker for maybe a couple hundred bucks or less. And getting to use the extraction process for free.
