If you comb through all the merger announcement, assets transfer were never mentioned. That is just the baloney from Dploy. RSAMMD allows TXTM access to their cannabis for testing/research of the extraction method. TXTM will sell this new extraction method.
Another point that needs to be clarify that retails seem to be focus and confused on is that RSAMMD do not seem to have license to sell actual cannabis. They are only licensed to sell medical related cannabis; that is a big difference. We are not familiar with SA regulation and if there are any limited to how much can be sold either medically. Otherwise why are there unused acre in the land that they owned supposedly.
Lastly, If SA is such a big deal for Cannabis why don't big cannabis company make a play for RSAMMD or any other in SA. One thing for sure is that I don't believe cannabis is legal for recreational use. Government only allows medical used with limitation for growers. Hence we don't see activity from the big company such as canopy or tilray. Until SA has confirmed legalization of recreational cannabis, I would stay away from any SA cannabis company claiming they are the next big thing.
I think it is a pump scheme by a group, not sure if Dploy is involved. I would caution as an investment. This is more ride and take profit.
