Did you guys assign any importance to the Board of Directors insisting that the merging be a tax free transaction. Way over my head, but wass wondering if they are expecting an increase in pps when Aradatum takes over as the parent company.
Fingers crossed. I am not seeing any concerns so far. We seem to be on track.
