That's the point ! When an insider makes an open market purchase it gives shareholders more confidence that this individual BELIEVES....

I don't accept insiders just considering these as such; since most have a 10 year expiration over which time they are receiving a competitive salary.

Option grants are risk free to those receiving them; so far I do not see one insider even buying (on the open market) any eyebrow raising amount.

The SAVA insider bought 100,000 shs at 20.69 and the market saw this and pushed the price up 20% right away.
