$10 million is peanuts compared to how much Auctus could make by exercising all those warrants when XERI uplists! In order to qualify for NASDAQ, the SP has to be at $4 and the warrants will only cost them 9 cents! That's $3.91 profit per share even if the shares never increase in value!
