AND.. With this 310 million share conversion to preferred B... Is coming from management and large share block holders.... Even if jeths And the 2 main officers with a combined 100 million... Are giving up every one of their common shares.... Hatati will still have to give up some of his. Can never say for sure but I would guess most of those I'll be his.
