I don’t think Hatadi had shares converted but he is still restricted on when and how much can be sold. He wanted to keep his shares out of preferred so it would count as an asset in that pile of crap BDSM company. I don’t know how that works but they are locked up for a while like everyone’s and restricted in amount he can ever sell.
