Well, that's incorrect about Lilly not breaching Regen's patents. All Lilly did was give Regen access to their molecular library.
What is conveniently left out is that Lilly had absolutely NO INTEREST in what Regen found. Molecules that interact with a receptor isn't evidence that any of those molecules will do anything to cure anything.
And that's WHY Lilly showed ZERO interest in anything Regen had! Lilly might have told Deadbeat Dave, "prove that what you have regarding regulating NR2f6 and then we'll talk" but we all know that will never happen as Deadbeat Dave has no money to actually move forward with testing the receptor.
How's that for a really hard and inconvenient fact along with there won't be any buy out unless it is micro pennies on the penny! And I even doubt that will happen.
