Any Rett formulation will be in liquid rather than pill form, and at too low a dose for efficacy for AD or PD/D. So I don't think useable product will initially be available off-label.

1950 welcome. Personally I do not believe when Rett is approved that you’ll see a lot of off label use. First off I believe the pricing will be out of whack for 99% of the people out there. If Dr. Missling holds true with his pricing for the Rett indication I suspect at 150,000 to 250,000 will price most people out of using this for Alzheimer’s off label.

1950jtom,

Keep in mind that when Blarcamesine is FDA approved for the treatment of Rett syndrome, it sill be approved as a liquid solution formulation since that is the formulation used during the Rett syndrome trials.

It is not likely to be approved ass a capsule or pill formulation until the FDA approves Blarcamesine for the treatment of Alzheimer's an/or Parkinson's diseases.

Off label usage will not take off until the FDA approves a capsule or pill formulation.

Good luck and GOD bless,
