Tat- are you actually serious with this question? I deal with NDAs all the time, there are myriad reasons why they are executed and the time frame can be years. If you violate one, it can lead to an expensive lawsuit. You need to up your game if you’re trying to scare any longs here.
There may not be any EO Polymer competition for Lightwave but do you have any idea what kind of competition there is in the data center realm for a company to have a unique and crazy fast modulator that uses hardly any power at all before their competitors????? NDA's protect both parties.
When words like "disruptive technology" and "radically innovative" are used, it's for a VERY good reason and whatever company/companies that are eagerly awaiting the modulators shown in the latest investor presentation to launch into the "mass production phase" want to blindside their competition with them... hence the NDAs....
Under 10 Bucks, whatever price goes up and down. If some can not handle a dip to 10 bucks from here..... we absolutely known what they have, let the intitutions handle the price swings, if so I could buy another 200k shares on the buy side this week, buy honestly that is peanuts.
