The fact they still take the time to file 10-Q’s makes me think this is not game over just yet. If it was over they wouldn’t bother since it is no longer a requirement of trading on the pink sheets. This old dog just might have some fight left in her and may even be able to learn a new trick.
Looks like they are preparing for the Annual Board of Directors Meeting and a reverse stock split is inevitable along with the potential issuance of another 1.5 Billion shares in order to prevent GSPE from being a takeover target.
