I spoke with Les today who said they're seeking to raise only a few million dollars in this tranche. He specifically mentioned raising hundreds of millions for DCVax-Direct trials after DCVax-L achieves approval.

So I wouldn't expect any large amount of these C shares to be sold now. The firm knows the product will bring in billions of revenue so it doesn't make sense to raise more than the minimal needed to reach DCVax-L approval in the UK.
