Agreed. They clearly indicated they would not unlock the trial prior to approval by all 4 regulators. I am sure they applied before that. There is no indication that anything happened post hoc, that is for sure.

The 10K covers more than just the fiscal year as they are obligated to report all material events even if it is after the close of the financial reporting period. The three months afterwards includes material events that must be reported. The SEC 10K guidelines included previously said that.

To give an example the 10Q for the Quarter ending 9/30/21 including material events that occurred AFTER 9/30/21. That included the reporting of the datalock that occurred in October: "As previously reported, the data collection and confirmation process was completed by the independent contract research organization (CRO) who managed the trial and by other independent service firms, and we reached Data Lock for the Phase III trial on October 4, 2020."
