The updating of the 10Q with that now included doesn’t mean it only just happened. They had no duty to report that, but once it was out, there was no reason not to include it in their quarterly and annual financial reports. But the applications and approvals for the SAP clearly came before data lock.

Datalock is followed very shortly by unblinding -- that's why you lock the data. From the press release: "With the database now locked, the independent service firms managing the Clinical Trial are arranging for the independent statisticians to have access to the unblinded raw data from the Trial."

10K's financial data is as of the end of the fiscal year, but the NWBO is obligated to make a comprehensive report of all business activities up to the data of the 10K publication. Sorry that is not correct

From the SEC description of the purpose of the 10K: "companies are prohibited from omitting material information that is needed to make the disclosure not misleading."

NWBO's clinical trial data is DEFINITELY material information they would be "prohibited from omitting."
