Because 99% of people diagnosed with GBM trust their oncologists with the treatments currently available and most of those oncologists have no idea that such a program exists. For the few who may find that this treatment is available are then hit with the financial roadblock of trying to afford it. Most will probably give up at this stage and a few may try to raise money through social media. As you can tell very few will actually be able to receive this treatment and hence why there is so much frustration amongst the ones who know.

People have to pay up. $200K is a great deal of money. You need approval to get insurance to cover this amount. You can have capacity for 500 a year with the manual manufacturing of the vaccine but you need clients willing to pay until insurance starts paying for the vaccine.

And most people see it as a death sentence so why make your family poorer before you go.
