This is really a bad sign. The whole idea of NWBO pursuing a JV is now definitely into the water.

Yup - not that it really held water to begin with. The "this means we have a partner" angle was only ever pushed by the same crowd that pushed the tote bags and the notion that MAA has already been submitted. Just wishcasting.

It was pretty blatantly obvious what these Pref C's were from the beginning. Just a way to temporarily skirt the AS and raise cash. As I said, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.
