The SOW 6 contract must be fulfilled by September 30, 2022, according to the prior 10q. I’d say your timeline is off. They are even expecting commercial licensing approval on or before Sept 30.

It is a good look into the expected timeline, not writing this deadline off, but keep in mind it is often very possible to adjust PoP in these types of contracts. A simple matter of Advent requesting a pop extension and getting a couple of signatures from Northwest. I very much doubt that Sept 30 is really a 'hard deadline'.

Certainly matches the RTOR timeline I believe we are in.

“Assuming we were at week 10 when Dr. Ashkan spoke on 6/23 and that a pre-NDA/BLA meeting happened that week as all the players were present, we would now be at week 12 RTOR process. Potentially NWBO could announce submission at week 16, about 8/4. Then approval anytime after 9/1.”
