His 20M shares now worth $200K do not bother me. His 156M STOLEN shares now worth $1.56M are my issue.

So far this "management" has stolen 661,130,000 shares that were worth $5,815,455 at the time they were taken from the shareholders. That's a tad bit more than petty theft.
