Newflow, great info and again these facts can be troubling to investors who may not have signed timely releases by 3/2012.

Trust filed a certificate of cancellation effective Dec 31,2021 and they announced publicly,why?.Usually they just had to inform the creditors,but public interests were involved in the LT.They continued winding up after filing certificate of cancellation....hmmm.That happens only when the debtors consolidated/merged/transformed
