So, if all of these “fake” accounts, and related information, is “so easy to find,” why did Musk sign a LOI? If this is true, either he, or his advisors, are idiots. It’s not that, though, he’s a petulant child always seeking attention.
The courts aren’t on his side and neither is this deal. He’s going to lose. He’s wasting time on nonsense. He’s a grifter. The others are going to start catching up to Tesla as he wastes his time on bullshit like Twitter. His next diversion will only cause Tesla shareholders more aggravation.
His Twiitter “buy” was all bullshit and the courts, and most people of even average intelligence, can see he put his hand in the fire and got burned. He may wise up and settle, though.
