Who says block trades have to happen at the end of the day. They can be easily settled during the day.
Have you noticed the outstanding shares going up on a regular basis? Where do you think those shares came from.
What I said was t-trade pps at end of day is misleading as a trade that showed up as a BUY was not necessarily a BUY. It is marked according to what the close was. Many traders make that mistake.
