Seriously?? You spout off about the CE leading to delisting, but then question why they would want to hire one of the best law firms to remove the CE?
It makes good sense to acquire top notch lawyers so you can restore your reputation and preserve company value. That is what any responsible company would do.
Being accused does not make you guilty, proving it does. And proving it false is what clears your name. And the only way to do that is to hire the best lawyers you can.
So kudos to ICOA for taking steps to fight the CE.
