Why would they be needed when Chong has been saying this is a nothingburger all along?

It has been a series of escalations as to actions to getting the CE removed. And none has worked so far. Very odd that they have to keep going bigger after claiming the last attempt would take care of it.

What is next after trying the largest law firm in the US? Asking for a Presidential Pardon?
